What is your opinion regarding this strike called by BJP

BJP has called bahrat bandh on july 5th.

Is it for the common man or for there own political benefit?

The announcement by BJP to bharat band is not effective for common its totally for increase vote bank or increasing reputation in public.Because congress or petroleum ministry say that their is no plan to roll back the price of petrol,diesel,kerosene and LPG.

So, this type of agitation make common man disturb the common man.

I agree with Manish views. Prices are very much increased from the past 2 years. Congress government can't do with that. This is just a political drama.

I am having one question.

When barrel price is $140, petrol price in India is around Rs. 50

Now the barrel price is around $75. But still government is saying that it is bearing loss. How can it be loss?

Please share your views on it. Please clarify my doubt.

I think the goverment getting lose in petroleum products when the international price is $140/barrel. After much waiting petroleum ministry is decided to hike the price of petroleum products to lower his loss.

I seriously hate these kind of bandhs. It affects so many of us. I have a friend who's admitted in hospital.He needs regular check up.Now i don't know ,if the doctors would be able to make up or not.

This call for bandh is totally on political base. A bandh will not bring any prosperity to the country and it will lead to a loss of Billions of dollars. Bandh is human rights violation. It blocks the free flow of humans life. All political parties must avert the option of bandh or hartal in any parts of the country. Public must raise their voice against such type of protests.
Petroleum products are not excavated here. So international price change will bring price changes here. A government cannot fool its people by covering these with subsidies. Rich car owners are utilizing these subsidies at the cost of all tax payers.
