internet is part of my daily need because of i do have work online.
Its addicted me for using in different ways ..I think i can't work if no internet connection and i will be in bad day!

It is difficult to say when a person becomes addicted.In my own case I am addicted to the extent, that I feel I have missed out on an important routine in my daily life if I don't log in at least once a day.But, I don't spend too many hours on the net and I am able to stick to my routine.I feel that once you are able to plan your day and activities and don't miss out on any of your other activities you are not an addict but a regular user..

You can detect that you are addicted to internet in the following cases:

1) If you spend more than five hours online chatting, playing games etc,
2) If you overdo it to the extent of getting your health affected with unwanted problems,
3) Nothing seem to be as interesting in life to you rather than surfing net or doing anything with it.

But, as mentioned by ushakiran in the above post, if you plan and organize your activities accordingly and do not miss your regular activities then you are simply not affected with it.
