How to deny reality ? share your views pl

I would like to ask "why to deny reality"? Why do we try to look for new ways to avoid facing reality? It is like turning a blind eye towards something which is inevitable.

In my opinion we should come forward and bravely accept the reality as it is. No matter how hard we try to deny the facts or the reality nothing will change. I accept that sometimes it is so difficult to face the truth that it becomes unbearable and people try their best to avoid the situation but there is no escape. If a blind man denies the fact that he is blind what will it change for him. This denial will not give him eyesight rather will only make him feel worse and jealous from other people.

Accepting the reality as it is, is the best thing one can do. We can devise new ways and excuses to ignore or deny the reality but the day reality will strike it will be a catastrophe. It is better to be prepared to face what is about to come rather than get caught unprepared and lose.
