I agree with that ! Breakfat being the first meal one has after nearly 7 or 8 hours of starving should be a complete meal - well balanced and nutritious.But, most people tend to ignore and have just tea or at the most a couple of slices of toast which is not enough to take care of the needs of our body.In fact there is a saying which says that You should eat breakfast like a King, a moderate lunch and a frugal dinner...

" Just living is not enough. One must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower " ...

Yes, there is hardly an iota of doubt that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Our breakfast should consists of balanced diet like milk, egg and even cereals. But somehow, the X-generation is not giving much importance to it and hence we find them affected with different kinds of health and liver related diseases. Having regular breakfast at appropriate time is also advised and taught by our elders. If we follow these two simple rules then our life and health would be benefit to a great extent and we could live a hale and hearty life on this earth.

Let us take the humble effort today to make Exposeknowledge simply the best...!

Yes, you are absolutely right. There is an old proverb - breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper. This proverb mention the importance of having breakfast. We never skip our breakfast. Skipping breakfast means poorer performance by schoolchildren, a greater risk of accidents when driving, and a lack of efficiency and concentration at work.

Breakfast is exactly what it says, breaking your fast, and for most people the time they spend
in bed is the longest period they go without food. When you get up in the morning it may
easily be 7 - 12 hours since you last ate and your blood sugar level is at rock bottom. In
order for your brain to function properly it needs a constant supply of sugar that is why
starting your day with breakfast is very important.
