The Facebook IPO would undoubtedly be one of the largest ever for any U.S. Company in history.

Yes Joina it is definitely one of the biggest ever and in my opinion worth investing in.I am only not sure how much the initial offer price is going to be.I read somewhere that it is going to be as high as 45 dollars per share...That is really high , but still may be worth it in the long run ..
