Message for all from webmaster : Regarding your resourcesWe are in a dilemma. Hope you all can help us:
While reviewing the Resources, we are unable to understand what the author wants to say? The content in those articles is very confusing, and fail to explain what the Title says. We cannot pay for those resources whose quality is not up to the mark.
Now the dilemma is, (though we want to pay for each and every article), but we are unable to pay after seeing those resources.
Now what we can do? 1) Delete completly that resources and dont display in the website.
(OR) 2) Display all the resources, and for those which donot qualify for pay, just assign them some points.(as you know points also redeemed by cash at some point).
Which options do you perfer? All suggestions are welcome.
NOTE: As you know at any point of time (even approved and paid) if we noticed that the resources had been copied from other websites/sources, We will delete those posts without asking/informing the Authors.
For your information we have kept some resource on hold after your suggestion we will take decision on the hold resources.

Regarding your Resources ONHOLDHi All,
As all of you are aware that the new system implemented allows Authors to check the status of their resources from their Dashboard.
For the Articles ONHOLD: 1)The author has to open those articles and check for Editors comments. We are trying to give reasons why that resource is ONHOLD and what we want the author to do for it.
2) There may be many reasons why the article is ONHOLD.
A) The Editor needs more clarifications regarding that article;
B) The Editor found that few of the sentences doesnt make any sense, and wants the author to re-write them;
C) There are many spelling and grammar and punctuation mistakes, which the Editor wants you to correct.
D) Few Articles contain words belonging to local languages mostly in recipes, beauty tips etc., We want you to mention ENGLISH equivalent to all the words. DONT FORGET THAT YOUR ARTICLES ARE READ GLOBALLY.
For eg., the word Ghee is not known globally, its equivalent is Clarified Butter; Amla/Indian gooseberry etc.,
There may be many other reasons. Open your articles ONHOLD and check for Editors Comments above your article. We need it to be reviewed within 2-3 days of post. Failing to which, after 2-3 days, the Editor will take decision and give points or pay at his justification. You will definetly get lessor points/cash or even deleted. For Articles Deleted: We are giving reason why it was deleted from now on.

How does water become cool in an earthen pitcher?Principle: Evaporation causes cooling .
The earthen pitcher has a large number of pores. When water is placed in the vessel, it oozes out of the pores and evaporates. This evaporation causes cooling. If the same water is placed in a glass or metal container, the water cannot come out because these the liquid does not become cool.
During the summer season, we feel cool under afan. This cooling effect is again due to the evaporation of the perspitation coming out of the pores of our skin.
The watering of the streets in summer also produces a cooling effect by evaporation.
