To prevent mental illness

Mental illness is like any other non-communicable diseases. It can be treated. Will you please suggest some methods to have good mental health?

Mental illness is very common in these days. Out life style is responsible for it. Depression, tension is root cause of mental illness. For good mental health we must be have positive attitude.For good mental health meditation and yoga is also helpful. One must be have at least 7 hours sound sleep.

What you said here is absolutely right. To get a good mental health, it is very important to reduce stress in our day to day life. If we are able to lead a healthy life, we can avoid stress from our life. Promotion of mental health through life skills education in schools and counselling in colleges, suicide prevention services etc are some of the best methods to improve the mental health of the people. All religion are now concentrated to give counselling to people who are facing different types of problems. A good counselor can reduce the tensions and worries of people. Prayer is one of the best methods to reduce the pain of human. Therefore, we have to pray daily to lead a healthy life without any mental disturbances.

Prayer is best one method to overcome from stress and tension. It is like meditation. Prayer both morning and evening.

If our prayer is sincere and it is deep from the heart, no doubt, God will hear our prayer and we will be healed. God is power and he is capable to remove all our physical and mental diseases.
