Natural cure for damaged hair is vital to give them a lively look. Below are few tips that will help you preserve your hair in the natural way:
The hair is made up of proteins. The environmental pollution tells heavily and strip moisture out of hair. The dryness of hair is due to frequent use of hair styling products, over exposure to sun and use of chemical treatments. Protein helps in creating smoother, strands and stronger hair. The dry and damaged hair can lead to many hair related problems
such as dandruff and hair loss etc. Since the home made protein treatments are natural, as such, we can use them frequently and get good long lasting results. Coconut oil which is 100% natural and free from silicons, alcohols as well as other chemicals work incredibly for repairing dry damaged hair. It being anti-fungal in nature is one of the best treatments for anti-dandruff. It helps in maintaining very healthy hair free from dandruff. It can be used once a week. It works well for reconditioning dry hair as its molecular structure is best for penetrating the hair shaft repairing and preventing the inner damage out. The regular use of coconut oil in hair helps in preventing the protein loss. It also improves shining of hair. Vitamin E,Caprice acid as well as Laurfic acid help in restructuring and increase the strength of hair. Regular use of coconut oil will make the hair soft, silky and thicker.
Apply Deep conditioning
So far as the deep conditioning treatment of hair is concerned we should massage a few tablespoons of the coconut oil into clean, damp scalp and hair. It can be applied in sufficient quantity depending upon the length of hair. In case the hair are dry and damaged we should apply more oil and less in case the hair are healthiest. It may be ensured that all the hair are coated properly by applying massage. If necessary the hair dryer can be used for a few minutes. Therefore, the coconut oil may be applied and massaged into scalp for at least ten minutes and up to overnight where after it may be shampoo out. We should not shampoo hair daily. Shampooing hair daily will make the hair more fizzy and dry.
The yolk available in eggs is extremely moisturizing and rich source of protein for our hair. The white yolk helps for cleaning our scalp and hair. A full egg can be used for normal and dry hair. For oily hair only whites can be used. Then rinse with cold water and shampoo. In case the eggs gives unpleasant smell a few drops of lemon juice can be added.
Use of Avocado and olive oil Mask
The Avocado with high saturated fats rich with Vitamin A, Vitamin E helps in providing nourishment to dry damaged hair and save them from breakage. Mash half a ripe avocado with two teaspoons of olive oil. Mix it till it has a thick consistency. Then apply the mixture to damp hair after shampooing and rinsing. This may be applied on hair properly
concentrating on the ends to get better shining and strength of hair. After half an hour wash it thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Use of Banana and Honey Hair Mask
Banana and Honey Hair Mask is very effective in protecting dry damaged hair. Add two tablespoons of organic honey and one tablespoon of almond oil with One overripe banana mashed with a little water till a thick paste is prepared. All the ingredients may be mixed and mixture so prepared strained properly. This mask may be applied on dry hair for half an hour. Thereafter, the mask may be washed off with water. This treatment will repair the hair and make them glossy and soft.
