What is Easy Way to Prevent Risk of Suffering from Cardiovascular Diseases?

Which preventive measures you need to follow and implement in your life on daily basis to prevent cardiovascular diseases?

         

Cardiovascular diseases are major threat to health of people these days. They are rapidly spreading among world and damaging health of people. But, if you follow, special preventive measures, which are used for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, you can prevent cardiovascular diseases to great extent. But, question is, which preventive measures you need to follow and implement in your life on daily basis to prevent cardiovascular diseases?

The preventive measures which you need to follow prevent risk of cardiovascular diseases are very easy and beneficial one which you can easily follow and implement in your life daily. The various preventive measures or steps which you need to follow or implement in your life to prevent risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases are-

1. Have balanced diet and regularize it-

Regularize your diet and also make it balanced one which means it must contain all nutrients important for healthy function of body and also to maintain good heart health in adequate amount that is not more, nor less, just adequate amount required by human body for healthy functioning of heart and to maintain good heart health. Question is, how can you make your diet balanced one which is needed for maintaining good heart health? You can make your diet balanced as follow-

a) Reduce overall salt intake -

Reduce overall salt intake in your diet and to make your diet balanced one consume not more than 1500 mg of salt per day, that is, your daily diet should contain only 1500 mg of salt in your whole day and should not contain either less than 1500 mg or more than 1500 mg of salt in a day. It needs to contain just 1500 mg of salt in diet just required to maintain good heart health.

b) Include vegetable soups, juices and salads in your diet -

Include vegetable soups in your diet to maintain good heart health and to reduce risk of cardiovascular diseases. Include vegetable soups like carrot soup, beetroot soup, spinach soup, tomato soup, radish soup, and lettuce and cabbage soup in your diet to maintain good heart health and also prevent risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases. You can also include these vegetables in form of juices and salads to have good heart health. They reduce risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases to great extent in a person.

c) Include banana, watermelon and oranges in your diet -

Include fruits like banana, watermelon and oranges in your diet to prevent cardiovascular diseases. These fruits are rich in potassium mineral which plays a key role in preventing cardiovascular disease. Potassium not only reduces risk of cardiovascular diseases but also maintains good heart health.

d) Include omega 3 rich nuts and oil seeds in your diet -

Include omega 3 acid rich nuts like almonds and walnuts in your diet to reduce risk of cardiovascular diseases. They not only help in preventing cardiovascular diseases but also supplies all the vital nutrients required by human body to maintain good heart health. Also include flax seeds in your diet to maintain good heart health, they are also rich source of omega 3 acids which are not only required to maintain good heart health but also reduce your risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases to great extent.

e) Avoid fatty, fried and salty foods -

Avoid excess fat loaded, fried and salty foods in your diet as they increases your blood cholesterol, blood glucose and blood sodium level which increases your risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases and also make you obese. So avoid them as much as possible.


2. Reduce excess body weight and maintain normal body weight-

Second step after balancing your diet is to reduce your weight if you are obese that is fatty or overweight. Reduce excess weight and bring it to normal range to maintain good heart health as excess weight also increases your risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases. So maintain normal weight to reduce your risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases.

3. Exercise on daily basis to reduce risk of cardiovascular diseases-

Do at least moderate amount of exercise daily that is do exercise in moderate amount and not in excess to maintain good heart health. Do anyone of these exercises like jogging, brisk walking, climbing stairs or cycling for fifteen or thirty minutes each day to maintain good heart health. These exercises not only maintain good heart health but also reduce your risk of suffering from heart diseases. Do anyone of above exercises and enjoy good heart health.

4. Yoga exercises-

Yoga is also considered one of best exercises to maintain good heart health. Do yoga each day under guidance of your yoga instructor and reduces your risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases. Yoga not only maintains good heart health but also reduces your risk of suffering from heart diseases also known as cardiovascular diseases.

5. Meditation-

Meditation reduces stress, which is also considered one of the culprits for causing cardiovascular diseases. Do meditation exercises daily and regularly. It not only reduces stress but also reduces your risk of suffering from heart diseases and hence prevents cardiac diseases.

6. Reduce cigarette inhalation-

Cigarettes not only damages your lungs but also increases your risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases, so reduce their inhalation, infact stop inhalation of cigarettes to enjoy good lung and heart health.

7. Stop alcohol intake-

Stop alcohol intake as it not only damages your liver but also damages your heart and hence increases your risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases, so avoid them as much as possible.
