How to cut cellulite with right food habits!

If you are trying to drop a few pounds, don''''''''t start by trying to overhaul all your eating and exercise habits. You''''''''re better off finding several simple things you can do on a daily basis, along with following the cardinal rules of eating more vegetables and less fat and getting more physical activity. Together, they should send the scale numbers down.


If you want to lose your weight, it is not necessary to keep you starving and emaciated. Most of us have this problem, it is important to incorporate the right foods in our menu. Here are some tips:

Foods Which Can Cut Cellulite:

1. To lose the weight we have to avoid processed foods and meats that contains a high percentage of fat and salt. If you want to take meat, avoid frying it, but cook it on the grill.

2. Try to include fish and seafood in your meals frequently.

3. Avoid too salty food products and calorie cheeses.

4. If you want to take eggs in your meal then use boiled eggs, scrambled eggs or not prepared in oil.

5. Salad dressing with fresh herbs (coriander, basil, parsley, mint etc., which you like most), olive oil and lemon juice instead of vinegar, it also have so much salt.

6. Incorporate fresh and steamed vegetables in your meals, avoid over steaming/cooking as cooking long losing precious ingredients.

7. Stop using purchased sodas, carbonated and non-carbonated. The more often you drink beverages from freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices that are healthy and rich in fruit sugar, minerals and vitamins.

8. Remove whipped cream and products use it from your diet. Eat fruit salad for dessert, prepare deserts with honey instead of sugar, semolina and rice.

Right food habits can help to cut down the cellulite and play an important role in life of an individual to get rid of that dimpled, orange-peel like look on the body parts which we often call it as cellulite.

Some of the foods which help in cutting down cellulite are:-
1)Dandelion Leaf:-
This herb helps the elimination of body waste products. It also helps to retain less fluid and thereby prevents bloating. Prepare fresh salad, juices or smoothies with dandelion leaf and get rid of cellulite.

2)Green Tea:-
It is loaded with antioxidants. It helps to reduce cellulite as well as prevent aging. Drinking about three cups of green tea in a day is recommended.

Coffee, alcohol should be avoided totally. Tobacco should also be totally discarded. These products increases cellulite formation.

Last and the best product is water. Drink as much as 2 to 2 1/2 liter of water daily. It helps in flushing out of toxins from body and improves blood circulation. It improves appearance of cellulite.
