How Can You Prevent Blood Pressure from Rising to Abnormally Higher Levels?

The best way to treat any disease and to stop its further spread among people and to stop it from further destructing health of a person is to prevent it, prevent a disease from occurring in a person, rather than letting it spread among people.
As is old saying, which you have listened since childhood that prevention is better than cure. The best way to treat any disease and to stop its further spread among people and to stop it from further destructing health of a person is to prevent it, prevent a disease from occurring in a person, rather than letting it spread among people, let it damage their health and then curing it. The best way is to prevent a disease from occurring in a patient, so that further damage which it can do to your health can be prevented.
The same applies to hypertension, which is, persistent rise of blood pressure, can also be prevented with these easy preventive measures which you need to follow on daily basis to prevent persistent rise of blood pressure from occurring in a patient, these steps or in other words easy preventive measures are as follow-
1. Keep body weight in normal range and prevent excess weight gain and lose excess body weight if you have any-
Lose excess body weight if you have any and keep it within normal range which is considered healthy weight. Excess body weight, that is, obesity is also responsible for high blood pressure. It is considered one of the main and major causes of not only high blood pressure but also various cardiovascular and kidney diseases. Therefore, prevent blood pressure from rising to abnormal level, prevent persistent rise of blood pressure by losing excess body weight and maintain normal healthy weight and not excess body weight.
2. Have a balanced diet and limit intake of excess fatty, fried, oily and salty dishes intake-
As, these highly salty, fatty, fried and oily foods or dishes also cause high blood pressure along with making you obese and prone to various cardiovascular diseases like ischaemic heart disease, arteriosclerosis, atheroma, etc. So, prevent hypertension, that is, persistent rise of blood pressure by stopping excess fatty, fried, oily and salty food intake.
Also, limit consumption of various canned, processed and preserved foods like chips, jams, frozen meat, processed frozen foods, pickles, breads and papads which contain too much of salt and sugar depending upon whether they are salty or sweetened in taste. Too much of salt and sugar is used to preserve processed, canned sweet and salty fruits and foods for long time.
Consumption of fatty, salty and sugary food items increases your blood glucose and blood sodium level, which increases your blood pressure. So, limit consumption of these preserved, processed and canned foods which contain too much of salt and sugar, and intake of too much salty and sugary food you all know causes high blood pressure. So, limit, infact, I would say, stop consumption of these highly salty, highly sugary, canned, processed and preserved foods to prevent abnormal rise of blood pressure.
3. Ginger tea also help in preventing high blood pressure and also consumption of fruits like watermelon, banana, oranges, lemon, strawberries, blueberries do help in preventing high blood pressure.
4. Consumption of pulses does help in preventing high blood pressure. So, do make them part of your balanced diet and limit consumption of highly fatty, fried and salty diet intake.
5. Consumption of vegetables like spinach, tomato, green vegetables, capsicum, yellow bell pepper, beetroots and radish do help in preventing blood pressure from increasing to high level.
6. Do meditation daily, as it not only boost immunity and decreases your stress level which is also one of the causes of high blood pressure. Do meditation on daily basis and prevent high blood pressure from occurring.
7. Avoid cigarettes and alcohol consumption as they also increase your blood pressure. So, try to avoid using cigarettes and alcohol consumption as much as possible.
8. Exercise on daily basis-
Exercise on daily basis as much as possible to avoid high rise of blood pressure. Exercises like cycling, dancing, and mild walking do help in preventing high blood pressure and also prevents obesity. So, do anyone of these exercises like dancing, cycling or brisk walking moderately on daily basis to have healthy blood pressure in normal range and to prevent high blood pressure. Yoga also does help in preventing high blood pressure and brings back your blood pressure back to normal range if done on daily basis.
