Where do Adsense users in India go?

Earning from Adsense isn''''t really that easy so it looks pretty lucrative to start off.
Today, Google Adsense has become one of the most prominent earnings ways for many people around the globe. The reach of Google is extraordinary and so earning with their earnings program is a priority for many web site owners and for those too who run blogs.
I have been using the Google Adsense on two to three of my blogs as well as a couple of sites. I have been updating my blogs and site regularly. The number of posts in total for a certain month easily crosses 100. That means the sites and the blogs are updated daily and they are actually.
As far as India is concerned, the CTR (Click Through Rate) is pretty much less for visitors who come from India. So, a single click may not give the amount in the Adsense account as it may give from one click that originate from either the United States or Canada.
I have seen many visits of late for my blogs and sites. However, not all of them are translating into income. One of the basic questions that have always crossed my mind are - is Adsense really for Indian users and site owners? It is pretty hard to earn from the Google program. To add to it, the payout threshold is also way too long at $100.
On the other hand, those sites that have more traffic from these two prominent countries mentioned above also have a healthy source of income. Probably that is why running a web site can become a prominent source of earning for such people.
If we were to find other options like selling web page space, then too many sites ask for a certain number of traffic originating from either the US or Canada. Some such sites have a prerequisite of at least 5000 to 7000 etc. number of visitors from the US and only then we can have the privilege of selling page space.
In my opinion, that is pretty hard for the Indian web sites to achieve. So, even after taking back breaking efforts the earning opportunities are not as healthy as what could otherwise probably have been.
Another reason for the income to go down is the number of views that go down as well. Those periods of the year like Thanksgiving and Christmas vacation are times to enjoy. Naturally there is lesser number of people browsing the net. When there are lesser people online, the earning opportunities go down as well.
All-in-all, earning from running a web site hasn't remained as easy as it looks. The competition is tough out there and only the best in the business can survive. However, there are many web sites that are doing decent business and the location hardly matters to them. It is the efforts and the hard work that is put in that matter.
To make money from sites or blogs isn't really difficult but it takes time to see the results and that's why things look tricky and harder than they actually are. Trading the right path, however, should see the results with patience as the prime factor in this.
