Kripalu Yoga

We should be add yoga and meditation in our life style. Different of yoga are in fashion. Yoga and meditation keep us fit and active.

         

Most of us are well aware with yoga. Change and improvement are continuing process. Some geniuses add some new in traditional yoga. Bikram yoga and Kripalu yoga are new version of traditional yoga. In Bikram yoga exercise performed at some high temperature.
Kripalu yoga
Kripalu yoga is a form of yoga in which meditation blended with tradition poses of yoga. Kirpalu yoga is technique for yoga which provides the perfect balance between relaxation and strengthening. Kirpalu yoga session is very relaxing but after the session muscles felt that you had a good work out.
Kirpalu yoga is very calming because it finished within 10 minutes of meditation. The instructor of yoga will usually play relaxing music. Sessions of yoga end with some deep breathing exercise. It stabilizes and prepares your body for the Kiraplu poses.
Kripalu yoga poses
Most of the poses of Kripalu yoga are very easy to perform. A fresher and person, who are not very physically fit, can practice it. This technique focuses on the importance of listening to the body. You should do what you will feel right.

Tree pose is the favorite one pose of yoga performers. Like all other poses of yoga tree is also multilateral pose. It is based on level of balance, flexibility and strength. If someone has problem in held hands over the head, can hold these in front of the chest.

Kripalu yoga benefits
Releasing of prana of vayu is the prime benefit of Kirpalu yoga. It is helpful is get rid of tension. Beside it some other benefits of this yoga are:-
