There are some schools which never let children carry their entire books at home. Teachers teach everything from school. Children don''t want to study from home. Each children have their own place to keep their things. These kinds of methods are especially for KG and primary class students who are not strong to carry heavy things like school bags with full of books. If the entire school can follow these steps, we can rescue the little kids from these types diseases.

An excellent article for mothers and moore importantly to school authorities and educationsists who should concentrate on reducing the burden of the children or make alternate arrangements so that text books and notebooks can be kept at school in lockers. Some schools do have these facilities. It is painful to see small children carrying huge bags and walking in the rain trying to shield the bag under their rain coats or umbrellas
