Body fats are common problem in these days. Most of peoples are feeling abashed with large hoop of tummy and heavy buttocks.


Body fats are common problem in these days. Most of peoples are feeling abashed with large hoop of tummy and heavy buttocks. Here are some simple tips which are helpful us in burning fats every day. These are easy, fast and effective.
1. Good morning yours day with a bowl of hot water with lemon and honey. If you don't like honey, than you can use lemon with its fats burning properties'. This mixture helps you in burning fats and removing toxins from your body.
2. Run or walking Fast in morning or evening is best one tool of fat burning. This is used by large number of peoples who want to burn fats. Morning walk is more effective than evening walk. After overnight fast our body has not enough energy. During fast running our body draws the energy from our fats.
Jogging is also effective in the morning. Always warm up before you go and also offset by a healthy and balanced breakfast afterwards.
3. Always avoid alcohol and carbonated water (soda). These both are responsible for absorption of fats.
4. Try grandma's recipe to burn you fats and purify your body. During the day drink at least two glass of water with a tea spoon of apple vinegar. Apple or cider vinegar has the fat burring properties.
5. Herbal or green tea is useful in fat burring. You can prepare is daily with thyme, cinnamon and lemon. In these ready made green/herald tea bags are available in market. Drink 2 or 3 cup of this tea in a day.
6. Soup of these green vegetables is also helpful in fat burning. 1, small green cabbage, 1 leak, 1 celery, 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 1 red pepper. Boiled these vegetables in one liter of water. Eat this soup hot or cold.

It is a very interesting and useful article. I have a fat body. I know that fat body is not healthy. I would like to reduce unnecessary fat from my body. If I can follow the above mentioned tips,I can remove the unwanted fats from my body.
