How to deal with co-workers?

Sometimes it may become hard for anyone to deal with the co-workers which may make his life at work difficult . One may have to deal with different types of co-workers at work of which Some may be jealous, Some may be having angry nature and Some may be such whom you do not like at all then also you will need to work with them at the same place.

Avoid fighting with your co-workers .

Some co-workers may be jealous and will keep making pranks on you and annoying you So that you get angry and take a step to fight with them So that they may complain about you to the boss . One should understand that their aim is to make you angry and if you become angry and start to fight with them then they will become successful. One should always stay cool and never show your anger when such co-workers play pranks on you or try to annoy you and when they will understand that nothing can make you angry they at own will become silent.

Do not interfere .

If your co-worker is arguing with another co-worker and showing his anger on him then you should not try to interfere in the middle . If you interfere in the middle when other co-workers are arguing then be ready to face the rage and anger. It is much better to always be cool and listen to the arguments and avoiding getting in middle of two.

Do not become lonely person at your job .

If you do not like certain co-workers you will try to avoid them and in the process you will also avoid other co-workers who have never been bad to you and you will no longer have any co-worker as your friend which will make the co-worker who is your enemy or jealous of you more powerful and he will try to annoy you more seeing that you are alone . Always try to develop good friendship with some co-workers So that you never are alone.

Avoid talking on personal life with your co-workers .

Whenever you are talking with your co-workers then always talk about the work, job or may be recent news but never talk about your personal life . If your co-workers know the problems you are facing in your personal life then they may take advantage of you .
