When it comes to have a beautiful, spotless youthful skin then water is our best friend. Water is most easily available. It is free of cost and it our renewable source of energy and best for our skin. Drinking water gives not only glowing skin but also it makes you feel better. You can see the effects of water very fast.It don't take much time to see the positive effect of water on your skin. Your skin will have less prominent wrinkles and you will feel more energetic and your body will work most effectively. Water washes away the toxins and wastes from our body thus not only affect our skin but body on the whole. Let us see the benefits that we get from water knowingly or unknowingly.

It's good for them who are dieting:
Water is the best source of stimulating your metabolism and helps you to shed extra pound. Sometimes, when you are feeling hungry then instead of going for some food, drink a glass of water and wait for some time. You will find that you are not hungry anymore. Thus water stops you from taking extra food thus helping you in dieting. So you can say that proper intake of water stops you from over eating.

Your skin feels hydrated:
Dehydration is worst enemy for the glowing skin. One of the best way to stop yourself from dehydration is to start your day with one or two glass of water. Drinking water in the morning is very important as it can reverse any mild dehydration that you may have overnight. Don't mix anything in the glass of water that you take in the early morning. Take water without diluting it with any type of digestive juice and take it empty stomach. Even when you go out of your home make it a point to carry a bottle of water along with you. Making it a habit of not stepping out without taking water with you is very good. Even drink a glass of water half an hour before you have your meal. These steps will protect your skin from dehydration and you can have glowing skin.

It flushes out toxins from your body:
All aerated drinks and alcohols are very harmful for not our skin only but for our health on the whole. Regular consumption of alcohols, tea, coffee, make your skin dull, tired -looking and greasy with spots. This happens because these drinks have caffeine in them which prevents your body to use efficiently minerals and vitamins. Regular smoking makes your skin unhealthy as it has nicotine which is very harmful for our skin and for our body on the whole. To protect yourself you should stop taking these drinks and alcohol and increase the intake of water. Water increases the energy level and flushes out toxins and unwanted substance. Water also helps in reducing the dark circles around the eyes.

I personally drink two glass of water empty stomach in the morning and I can guarantee it that water is your best friend.
