In this article I am giving few ways by which you can make the clock go back and retain the freshness and elasticity of your skin. The ways by which you can make your skin look young.
Everyone always wants to look good and have healthy and young skin. The moment they find that their skin is loosing its grace and firmness they start searching for such products which can help them in preventing their skin in loosing its firmness and elasticity. Hundreds of people all around the world are striving to find those anti aging products which promises to make their skin look younger. It is quite obvious that as the years passage by it leaves its toll on our skin. Gradually as our age increases and we start moving towards our mid thirties, the much dreaded sign of aging starts to become visible especially on our face. Gradually fine lines on our face starts to develop into wrinkles and starts to appear on our face, our skin starts to sag and moisture from our skin reduces showing the clear sign of dehydration from the skin.
It is but quite true that it is not possible to escape from the inevitable effects of aging, but the rate of aging is not same on each person. Sometime it happens that a person who is 40 looks like 30 and sometime opposite to this also happens. The people, who are much young in age starts having sagging skin and wrinkles starts to appear in their face. So you can say that our skin has two types of age. On e is called 'chronological' and the other one is called 'real', and we always wish the later to be much lower than the former. As far as scientist's version is seen then they say that normally human beings experience two type of aging. One depends on the internal factors like our generic makeup and it is known as 'intrinsic' and the other one depends on the external factors like the food we eat or the environment and it is called 'extrinsic'. It is quite true that we cannot do anything to change ourselves genetically and thus intrinsic factors are not in our control. But we have other options too to move the clock backwards. I am giving you some ideas and ways below which can help you in looking younger and fresh.
You look the way you think: It is very important that you have this feeling in your heart that you are not old yet. If you think that your skin looks old then probably it will look so. Therefore before you start on any practical measures, the most essential thing to do is that you start it with the right mindset. Whenever you look yourself in the mirror don't think that you are looking old but visualize that your skin is not dull but young and vibrant. When we think positively with right mindset then your mind will enhance those organic functions that will rejuvenate your skin. So, always think on a positive note.
Good artery health is important: Your skin gets very much affected if your blood pressure is not normal. Keep track of your blood pressure and don't let it be high. Always try to keep it normal low. Arterial aging is one of the most important factors which effect your skin age and its look and appearance. In order to maintain good artery health you should include calcium, potassium, fish and fruits in your diet. You should eat five to six servings of vegetables in a day. Go for two to three pieces of whole fruit in a day. You should try to eat fish at least thrice in a week. Maintaining your calorie intake eat good fats like flaxseeds, nuts, olive oil but don't make them exceed 25% of your daily calories that you take in a day.
Appropriate sunshine is also needed: Though it is true that long exposure to sun make your skin tan but you should not forget that sunshine produces Vitamin D and it is very essential for you. So ten to twenty minutes of sunshine on your body will keep you looking young. But always take precautions as exposure to sun is the most important factor of 'extrinsic' aging. So always make it a point to venture in the sun only after applying sunscreen of SPF 15 or even above to it. Apply it thoroughly on your face, hands not only on sunny days but also on cloudy days and then only allow yourself to go out in sun.
Rest is essential: Always have minimum of six to seven hours of sleep. Even if you are maintain a healthy diet but not taking enough rest then your skin cells will not be able to rejuvenate itself. When you sleep then your skin cells are most active and dead skin cells gets rejuvenate. If enough will not be given then you will have spots on your face and your skin will look dull.
Quite smoking and stress from your life: Unnecessary stress and tension takes its toll on your skin. Always do some yoga and exercise to de-stress yourself. Even going out and meeting with people is well proved de-stressing technique. If you are a smoker, then it's better for not only your skin but for your overall health that you should stop smoking. Smoking leads to fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth and makes you look older. Doing yoga and meditations and quitting smoking is very essential to make your skin look younger.
These are few ways by which you can move the clock backwards and prevent your skin form looking aged and dull with wrinkles. You can have young and fresh skin.
