Initial Steps to Loose Weight

In this article I am giving you the initial steps that you need to follow if you want to loose weight.

         

Loosing weight is something which cannot be done in a hurry. Loosing weight needs patience as doing such things that will make you loose weight fast may prove harmful for you. It is a real challenge to shed those extra pounds from your body but if you are consistent in your effort then you will sure be able to shed those extra pounds. Here I am giving you some fundamentals that you need to follow in your daily routine and you will be able to see its effect on your body.

Go for the right food:
You should always avoid that food which are rich in fat content. If you seriously want to loose weight then you should not consume more than 25% of your calories intake from non-saturated food. It is now a well researched and proven fact that table sugar increases calories consumption. It is now a well proved fact that if you eat sweets then that would make you want to eat more of everything. This will also make your body produce chromium which is a mineral. Its function is to help your body in the production of calorie burning lean tissue. You should also increase the intake of fibrous food. The increase in the dietary fiber intake is essential for loosing weight as foods rich in fiber help in curbing hunger and in improving the digestive system. Fruits, whole grain cereals and vegetables are rich fibrous foods. Eating raw and fresh vegetables is always best for you as it makes your immune system stronger and even makes your skin great. You should always avoid junk food and other snacks. For initiating weight loss and building muscles you should go for rich protein diets as they are a great fat burning mechanism. You should also avoid salty food as sodium forces the body to retain water which results in bloating and thus you will not be able to loose weight.

Drink lots of water:
In order to keep the nutrients level in balance it is very important to drink a substantial number of glasses of water. Water is a very good solvent for many necessary minerals and vitamins. It also helps in flushing out wastes and toxins from the body. It is said that, one should loose half an ounce of water for every pound of the body weight daily. In order to keep your body hydrated you should drink unflavored and plain filtered water. In order to loose weight naturally you can also add green tea in your daily routine. If you will drink green tea daily then it will increase the metabolic rate of your body which will in turn burn fat at much higher speed thus helping you in loosing weight faster. In order to reduce the overall calories count in your body it is important that you drink milk also. It also plays a very important role in your weight loss.

Daily exercise:
Exercising is one of the most important tricks to loose weight quickly. If you start exercising regularly then it will not only give a good shape to your body but would also complement the diet. Regular working out helps in blood flow, which is essential for the proper functioning of the tissues. But it is not necessary to always go for very extensive work outs. Simple exercises like walking or isometric exercises can be undertaken. It is very important for you to choose simple and easy steps in order to burn fat otherwise if you choose something very difficult then you will not be able to remain consistent to the programme. If you opt for a long work out then it is better to take small breaks in between. Interval exercises helps you in burning fat more than normal exercise will do.
