Here I am giving few tips to loose weight. We all want to look good and for that always want to be in good shape
We all want to look good and for that always want to be in good shape. Here I am giving few tips for you to follow to reduce your weight.
1)Drinking water: It is the most effective way of loosing weight. You should try to have at least 2 liters of water in a day. You should not quench your thirst by drinking soft drinks; rather you should replace it with water or lemon with water.
2)Walking: Try to make it a habit of walking at least 30 minutes a day. Don't go to the bed as soon as you finish your dinner. Instead walk for 30 to 40 minutes before going to bed whenever you are going to some near by place avoid taking out your vehicle for going instead walk to the place. Before taking dinner go for a walk for half an hour. This burn up your calories and reduces your appetite too.
3)Have smaller meals: Don't take 3 heavy meals ,instead take 4-5 smaller meals in a day. This helps you in easy digestion and your body will release less insulin.
4)Take salad and soup: Adding water rich food in your diet is also one of the best way of loosing weight. Before taking your meal go for some salad or soup. This reduces consumption of calories by our body.
5)Eat more of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are very low in calories. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables not only sooths your test bud but also keep you fit and in shape. You can add more and more of it in anything you eat such as pasta and omelets can be loaded with vegetables.
6)Have coffee in skimmed milk: You should have coffee made in skimmed milk and with good coffee beans. Coffee, that you get in shops or restaurant are made in whole milk, cream and sugar and thus have high percentage of calories. You should always avoid this coffee.
7)Reduce intake of carbohydrate: Those food which contains large amount of carbohydrate, you should avoid such foods ,example-white flour, white sugar, white rice. You should replace such foods with brown rice and brown bread.
8)Skimmed milk is better: In order to reduce intake of more of calories, you should start taking skimmed milk which has high content of calcium and less content of calories. Whereas full cream milk has high percentage of calories and less calcium, therefore you should never go for full cream milk.
9)Go for home made food; Everyone like to dine out in the restaurants but they don't know what they are eating there is not food but consuming high-fat and high-calorie diet. You should always avoid that. The best way to control taking fat is to take your food at home. Even when you are going out for some work you should make it a point to carry with you home made food.
10)Chew your food: You should never eat in a hurry. This results in eating more than is required by your body. You always eat slow and chew your bite more than you normally do. This stops you from overeating.
11)Have cereals in breakfast: Cereals help in consuming fiber and calcium, which are essential to increase the metabolism of your body. So try taking cereals as your breakfast, if not possible daily then at least 5 days a week.
12)Don't go for food when you don't need it actually: It may happen that you are feeling hungry when actually you are not. You may feel hunger due to tension, frustration, nervousness or boredom. Sometimes it also happens that you are thirsty and your brain is giving you the wrong signal. So when ever you feel hungry instead of going for food either drink a glass of water or go some fruit.
13)Fruits are better than juices: Juices have very high percentage of calories where as fruits don't have. So it's better to have a fruit than to have its juice. Also if you are feeling hungry and you go for juices it will not satisfy your hunger. By taking fruits you are also taking fibers which is very good.
14)Do house hold work: Doing simple house hold works burn more of calories. Make it a habit to do any thing such as wiping the floor or window panes or bathroom tiles once in a week. It is a very good way using calories. You can burn up to 4 calories in cleaning every minute.
15)Don't eat while watching TV: As we tend to be more involved in watching TV or movies, we tend to eat more. You should never ever do so. Skip doing so, rather finish your pending household work.
16)Control intake of Alcohol: Alcohols are very high in calories. When you are going to have it, order a glass instead of bottle. In this way you can keep track of how much you have taken and you can restrict yourself.
17)Take care when eating in group: While eating in groups, we tend to eat more. It may be because we spend more time on the table. So in groups, always take a notice of your time and what you had in your food and leave your plate when your hunger is satisfied.
18)Don't sit continuously: Sitting continuously through out the day is very harmful. After sitting continuously for 2 hours take a brisk walk for 10 minutes. to refresh yourself. It is very essential for the normal functioning of your organs, muscles and bones. This helps you to be active through out the day.
