Here I am giving few tips to increase the metabolic rate of your body to help you loose weight faster.


Speeding up the metabolism means more burning of calories and thus quick weight loss. Here I am giving few tips to increase the metabolic rate of your body to help you loose weight faster.

1.Loosing weight does not only mean burning up of calories but also restricting yourself from taking excess of calories in food. You may be trying your best to burn up calories but you may make mistake of taking more of calories than you actually need. Whenever you feel hungry instead of gorging on vegetarian food drink a glass of water first. Then wait for 10-20 minutes to feel whether you are still hungry or not. It may happen that you may not feel angry any more. In that way you have saved yourself from taking in calories when actually you were not hungry but thirsty.
2.Never ever make the mistake of skipping your meal. Instead taking smaller meals throughout the day keep metabolic rate of your body fast. It speeds up your metabolism which means more burning of fat and thus you will loose weight faster. Don't let yourself stick to 3 meals a day that is breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try to insert snacks in between your 3 meals. That means instead of taking 3 heavy meals a day break it into 5-6 smaller and lighter meals a day.

3.You should increase your calcium intake by taking more of the calcium rich food such as cereals, soya milk rice, and milk spinach. One should not go for calcium supplements as these supplements contain calcium in very less amount. As far as dairy products are concerned, though they are rich in calcium but you can't guarantee about the quality of those farm animals from whom you are getting these dairy products. As in most of the cases farm owners inject harmful hormonal injection to increase the production of milk and these dairy products if taken by you can harm you also. So, taking calcium through the natural way is best.

4.Exercising is good to keep yourself in shape and be healthy. But you should remember that though exercising definitely helps in burning fat, but interval exercise speeds up your metabolism even when you are not exercising. Interval exercise means going for rigorous exercise then go slow for some time and then again increase the speed of your exercise. This rev up metabolism really fast.

5.Exercising in the early morning is the best time as working out in the morning burns fat faster due to increased metabolic rate. Exercising is good and helps you to keep fit and healthy. Though it can be done at any time of the day is it morning, noon or evening. If you are a working person and due to your work schedule it's not possible to work up in the morning then you can exercise at any time of the day.

6.Our body's cells get repaired when we sleep and it is our cells which metabolizes the calories consumed. So the more healthy cells we have in our body, the metabolic rate will be more. It is not good to stay awake till late in night. Instead one should go to bed by 11 p.m. and wake up early in the morning. To speed up your metabolism taking enough rest and sleep is also very important. Our body's cells get repaired when we sleep and it is our cells which metabolizes the calories consumed.

An increased metabolic rate works better because it automatically reduces your caloric intake even before you start a diet or decrease daily food intake. This means you should lose some excess fat even before any form of dieting.

Metabolism can be regulated in two different ways. Intrinsic and Extrinsic. Intrinsic regulation is a self-regulation due to changes in the levels of substance taking into the body. Whereas, extrinsic regulation is the control of a cell by changing its metabolism in response to signals. These two type of regulation of metabolism should be understood clearly in order to get the best results.
