Tips for vegetarian to loose weight

Here I am giving tips for vegetarian to loose weight.

         

Being on a vegetarian diet is not enough for loosing weight. You need some basic tips if you really want to loose those extra flab from your body.

1)5-6 meals a day----
You need to break your 3 large meals into smaller 5-6 smaller meals. Instead of going for breakfast, lunch and dinner go for breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner. By applying this 5meal plan in your daily routine your body will not starved and will get enough food to generate adequate energy to support your daily tasks. This will rev up your metabolic rate and active metabolism means more burning of fat and thus loosing weight faster.

2)70/30 rule to follow---
Never ever fill your stomach 100%. Always fill your stomach up to only 70% whenever you are taking breakfast, lunch and dinner and go for only 30% full when ever you are taking your snacks. You will feel tired and will be reluctant to move if you will fill your tummy full. For accurate increase in your metabolic rate 70% filling of your stomach is the best level.

Fibrous food--- Taking excess of fibrous food will keep your tummy full for longer time and in that way you will not overeat and accumulate excess of calories that are not needed by your body. Fibers are very good detoxing agent therefore adding them in your diet is very important for weight loss.

Intake of Protein----
If there is scarcity of protein in your body then your body will break down your muscle tissues but it is muscles which accelerates metabolic rate to burn fat. Therefore if your body will break down muscle mass then that means your metabolic rate will also slows down. Therefore it is very important to eat reasonable amount of protein so that your body tissues will not be broken down.

Water----
Drinking adequate amount of water is very important as it carries zero calories and it rev up the metabolic rate of your body. Go for sugar less food and stop taking all types of beverages as they have very high amount of calories in them.
