Eat the right food

Moderation is the key to a healthy diet. This does not mean that abstinence or self-denial, it just means moderation. So if you have some "junk food can be eaten in moderation, like once a week for good health, but to start when you eat, every day is as it is a health risk.

         

If you think eating healthy is the proportion of fresh foods and control, and while large areas of healthy eating habits, there are other things to note.

1. Enough

If the diet provides enough nutrients for the body healthy?

For example, you can create a lack of iron in the diet such as iron, is an important nutrient? The fact that iron is lost every day, it means that they must be replaced every day. The amount of energy must be equal to the amount spent during the day, to a certain weight to hold. It's that simple. This allows you to burn your body fat and weight to your liking, and not necessarily the attention and the need for more calories than you only to lose all control over it.

4. Moderation

Moderation is not just food "junk food" or fats are foods that are healthy. For example, with a good amount of fiber in the diet for a healthy digestive system, but too much can contribute to the loss of nutrients.

Also, eat the same every day, can do more harm than benefit health by increasing the amount of toxins, additives and preservatives do.

right said shansharif that not only eating but healthy eating that matters. If you do not balanced diet, that contains all the essential nutrients, then the way to good heath is incomplete. So balanced diet is prerequisite for good health.

Anything that taken in moderation is good. No matter how healthy your diet are, it not taken moderately, it will go to waste and add as fats on your system. Better yet, include some physical exercise too in your daily habit.
