Many people nowadays who are overweight want to loose weight and others who have normal body weight want to build muscle. Many body supplements company claim that if you use their product you will gain muscles in no time. These claims most of the times fall flat when tested. It is possible that you have read numerous articles in various magazines or newspapers about how to build chest muscles, how to build lean muscle, and how to build big muscles.


Body building is not as simple as it sounds. Many people who have a strong body with impressive muscle mass have it because of their genes and not due to a tough workout at the gym. If you have a lean body or if you are overweight it is almost impossible to lose weight or gain muscles in a short span of time and in a healthy manner.


You might have seen a lot of advertisements which claim that if you want a strong body with huge muscles you need to adhere to a body building diet and do a lot of exercise. This is certainly a healthy way to gain muscle but the fact is that body building diets are not too helpful in gaining a muscular body.

The other thing to consider is that how to lose weight in a fast and efficient manner. First thing is that don't be mislead by those advertisements which make tall claims and yield minimum results.


Medicines, supplements and rigorous training will hardly get you any results and is also harmful for the body. Maintain a healthy and nutritious diet. Eat when you are hungry and not when it is the time to eat and see the results.

Exercising daily atleast for 30 minutes and avoiding junk and fast foods help a lot in decreasing the weight and maintain it.

maturity of the authors of different books on fat lose ever say one thing or the other about it.Some say that you can not be affected by taken in too much of starchy meals while others says that it affects a lot.In my own opinion,i would say that exercise and proper dieting will help to reduce the concentration of fats in our bodies and that anyone that is so fat can reduce it within one week by running at least 5 times daily round a stadium and taking meals from noon.
