Winter season is on and Lemon turned out to be the blessing of nature to mankind. It provides solutions to many health problems. It has its own set of medications and natural antiseptic. Make sure you eat at least one quarter or half lemon in a day.


Health benefits of lemon are caused by many nutrients present in it such as vitamin C, vitamin B, phosphorus, protein and carbohydrates. The lemon is a fruit that contains flavonoids, a compound that has antioxidant and anticancer. Helps prevent diabetes, constipation, hypertension, skin care, mouth, hair care, dental care, indigestion and many other health problems. Studies shows that lemonade or lemon juice can cure kidney stones forming urinary citrate, which can prevent the formation of crystals. People use lemon to make lemonade by mixing lemon juice with water. Many people use lemon as a cleaning agent as it can remove stains. Lemon can also repel mosquitoes.
