Here are a few value practice .Deep breathing. It is remarkable how we can use this basic life function to keep our minds clear in a crisis. There's no excuse not to learn deep breathing, ever. It costs nothing. It requires no special equipment. And you can use it anywhere, anytime. Deep breathing has a direct soothing effect on the nervous system, so it measurable lowers the muscles of the artery. Here is a very simple way, deep breathing. Put your tongue on the roof of the mouth behind your teeth. Breathe out slowly through your nose then count to five. Hold the breath to the seven times. Then breathe out slowly and hear the sound of your breathe. If you set hands on stomach you can feel your stomach is rising as you inhale. Of the fourth exhale you should feel considerably relaxed .The information of the benefits of physical exercise is undeniable. What it does for the spirit ?in distract situation increases your energy level, give you a sense of accomplishment, set in motion a chain of chemical actions in the brain, the peace and quiet and the spirit rise and change your perspective. The amount of movement required to make a difference is shockingly little. More than you do practically anything now. Take a 30-minute walk three times a week. Or at any time you feel scared or overwhelmed take a 10-minute walk. Here is another one keep the company of others. We are such fundamentally social natural subject that our bodies are calm at the presence of others. Be with other allows us to share our fears and reduce our burden.
