CHOCO COCONUT BURFI
Here is an excellent recipe which would be made with in a very less time and very less ingredients.
Ingredients: 1. Dessicated coconut powder - 1 Cup.
2. Milk maid, or Condensed milk - 3/4 Cup.
3. Coco Powder - Two to three Table Spoons.
4. Food colors - A pinch(optional).
5. Aluminum foil - As required.
Procedure: 1. Take dessicated coconut powder in a bowl.
2. Now add condensed milk to it to make a tight dough.
3. Now make the dough to 2 equal parts.
4. Now add coco powder to one part and mix well.
5. Note: If more than 2 colors are needed, take more equal parts and mix food color as needed of own choice.
6. Roll the parts separately to make long rolls out of them.
7. Now bring the rolls side by side and roll them again to make single long roll.
8. Roll this in an aluminum foil and refrigerate it for 15 to 20 minutes.
9. Now remove the roll from fridge. Unfold the foil and take the roll in a flat plate.
10. Cut the roll into small slices of required length and serve.
This Choco Coconut Burfi can be made when we have guests at home and can get many credits from them.
