i)Dopamine precursor: Levodopa (l- dopa)
ii)Dopaminergic agonists: Bromocriptine, Lisuride, Pergolide, Piribedil
iii)Peripheral decarboxylase inhibitors: Carbidopa, Benserazide
iv)Facilitate dopaminergic transmission: Amantadine, Selegiline (Deprenyl)

2)Drugs Affecting Brain Cholinergic System


i)Central anticholinergics: Trihexyphenidyl (Benzhexol), Procyclidine, Biperidine
ii)Antihistaminics: Orphenadrine, Promethazine
