Fast food are some of the most loved food items around the world. Fast food have numerous health hazards and people from all parts of the world are becoming conscious about the harmful effects of fast food . Fast foods are generally low on essential nutrients and vitamins and can lead to bad health in the long run and diseases like cancers, heart diseases, tooth decay, stroke, paralysis etc can occur.

It is true that no one in this world can live forever even by taking utmost care of diet and health but little effort on our part would mean that we live a happy and healthy life away from most deadly diseases. The key to this is that we consume a nutritional diet and maintain a regular exercise schedule. In today's fast and busy life fast food seem to convenient and preferred option but the long term effects can be highly damaging for our body and overall health. If you eat fast food on a regular basis in a few years time you are going to look fat, old and unhealthy.

A better thing to do is that to spend some time at home to prepare tasty, healthy and nutritious food. Food should have beneficial impact on our health and quick pre-packaged food contains lots of calories, sodium and fat.

Avoid opting for easy pre-packaged food when you can make a healthy fast food meal at home.Remember that is extremely vital for us to include a healthy balance of proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables in your diet. If things are beyond your control and you have to opt for easy pre-packaged food over home-cooked food then avoid foods like deep fried food, shallow fried food, excessive red meat, food loaded with saturated fats and excessive salt, sugar and calories.You should always include a lot of salads or other vegetables in your daily diet.

It is important that the food you eat is healthy and for this you will need to plan your family's meals always a day in advance. The simplest meal of the day is breakfast. You can include a number of healthy recipes in your breakfast menu. Various kind of bread, cheese, milk and eggs,fruits and vegetables can form an important part of the breakfast. You can try different variations in these and you will make a tasty and healthy breakfast.Make sure that the children eat a full breakfast even if they are in a rush to get to school. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should be nutritious, tasty and easy to eat. Make sure that breakfast is eaten in leisure. It is important that the food is properly chewed for proper digestion. If you don't have a complete and filling breakfast there are chances that eat all kinds of unhealthy food which is unhealthy for the body.

Foods like tasty burgers, salads and stews are fast and easy prepare ad are also healthy for the body. It is like preparing healthy fast food at home. You can prepare a number of exotic healthy dishes very easily at home. You can try out variations in salsas, tacos, burritos, guacamole and enchiladas can be simple to cook and healthy to eat.

So it is not that difficult to prepare healthy and nutritious food and we should try to avoid fast food as it can have devastating effects on our health in the long run.

At list the article should have give us a better way on how to prepare fast food. Rather than to avoid eating it.

This is very informative. But friends, always keep in mind that fast foods are those which gives instant energy.
And fast foods are not always prescribed and advised by physicians as they would increase the fat and cholesterol levels in the body. Do prepare these recipes very often.
