There is only one person responsible for the quality of the life you live. That person is you.
There is a saying which goes something like this ... " Its madness to hate all roses, because you got scratched by one thorn!To give up all dreams because one did not come true !To Lose faith in prayers because one was not answered ! To give up on efforts because one of them failed ! To condemn all friends because one of them betrayed !Not believe in Love because someone was unfaithful.
Remember that another chance may come up
A new friend, A new life, A new Love
Never give up on anything ...
How very true those words and sentences sound...
If one were to brood and keep on thinking of all the ways in which others cheated you , fought with you ,degraded you or angered you , one's heart will forever be filled with hatred which is a negative energy that can slowly destroy our very being and mental stability . It is wiser and practical to let go and move on in life ..One must remember that there is only one person responsible for the quality of the life you live. That person is you.
When a person has gone through a bad experience that has left him feeling dejected and depressed , it is all the more important to remain firm and positive in ones outlook towards life and every day matters .If you are not able to experience success in all that you do, check if you are filled with enthusiasm or not. Also find out the reason for not being enthusiastic. This helps you to realize and overcome your weakness.
In order to increase our own enthusiasm throughout the day,we need to create an aim for ourself and see that we work towards this aim each day. When you find yourself progressing towards your aim, you will become enthusiastic and your own feelings towards life changes for the better. You begin to be positive and this enhances the quality of our life.
There are so many ways to find inspiration in our daily life. It does not require a lot of money or time. The only requirement is to open our spiritual or inner eyes and choose to see life, and life's natural wonders, in a new light.It may be just Reading a book or inspirational quotes that help us believe in the magic of life.Water, sky,nature, animals - all have a calming effect on us and fill us with positive feelings !
Taking a few minutes to simply relax and evaluate life around us and clear our head of all the negative forces and becoming determined . It also means never giving up on what we want to do and achieve in life !
