Walking - The Best Exercise To Lead A Healthy Life.

We must be health conscious. Exercises keep our health fit. The best exercise is walking. So walk to the healthy and happy life.


We know that healthy mind lives in a healthy body. But many people who got the meaning of this idiom are taking their health issues granted. Many fail to understand the importance of healthy living. People who are very conscious in other issues like job, education, fashion etc seems to be little concerned on health issues. Such state of mind is unhealthy itself and will bring great damage to the happy living not only to the person but also for his family and society.

A new born baby from the second he/she born need some basic necessities to sustain in this universe. They must get milk through breast feeding. Through this they get not only the ingredients for his body but also for their mind. Modern women sometimes fail to spend enough time with their babies. It will lead to their worst physical and mental health. A new born baby cannot be in touch with this world until he gets a hard pat that means he has to do some exercise.

To keep our health afresh we have to follow some procedures. Let's discuss the matter. Exercise is the fundamental booster to keep health shining. From child hood, we have to follow suitable exercises. Children will automatically follow their parents. So parents should go through daily exercises at least for half an hour.

Walking is the best exercise. We have a false notion that, we have to run hard. That's a blunder. By walking our body gets energy charged to the fullest level. Sure we have to walk a little bit faster with short steps. But many choose large steps while walking which is hazardous to our body. Large amount of blood is passing to our parts below hip, which means to our legs. Muscles around thigh born require large amount of blood. But many fail to take care of their legs. While bathing we give enough attention to all the body parts but legs.

Points to remember while do walking

1. Be it in an open atmosphere, especially through paths having plants or trees or just like beautiful places
2. Keep head straight
3. Keep your chest a little wider and stronger to the level you feel brave.
4. Take short steps at fast
5. Sweep your hands as shown in figure
6. Avoid disturbing thoughts and always be hopeful
7. Be at early morning
8. Accompany your children
9. Accompanying your pet will improve the funny mood.
10.Avoid foot paths of national highways and other major routes.
11.Leave your cell phone and other radiation gadgets at home.

After walking,

1. Give some rest to your body
2. Hear a melody or a music you like most.
3. Have a cup of milk and an egg.
4. Be in detail while bathing.

Sure if you follow these rules, all your days will be stronger and fruitful. You will make others happy with your sound health. You confidence will boost up by walking. Many have latest exercise equipments in their own flats. They can use those carefully. But I prefer open atmosphere. That is the best option for exercise. It will increase our social contacts. It will give us chance for free talk. It will fill our mind with the natural freshness.

For walking we must use loose casuals. It will help air flow above our body. A good sports shoe is best for our foot. I think contact with earth by our bare foot will improve our immunity but this is not a best option in the modern contaminated environment. So use a sports shoe which is comfortable to you.

So let's start today for high walk and be healthy and happy.

By walking Early morning (except winter season)we get fresh oxygen which keep us fresh and energetic for whole day.But In winter it is advisable Instead of Early morning walk go for a walk after sun rises because the dust particle in the air will fall down or else it will create breath problems.

By walking everyday Morning it helps to increase the stamina in body also it keeps man fit and give positive energy to body

Walking is a wonderful exercise for all age group. Anybody can go for it. We can not live without walking. It is essential for every one. But if you choose morning time for it, It not only rejuvenate our energy but give a freshness. Cool & fresh air elevate our mood. It provides us happiness. We feel near to nature. And we experience the importance of nature. It can motivate us to save environment and protect nature.

This is a very very good article.In the points to remember I like the last one very much.People carry their mobile to all places even when going to latrine.Why should it be given some place at home during your free hours.Most of us doesn't know the hazards due to it.

Walking is the easiset of all wrkouts since it can be done at anytime , anywhere and can also be incorporated into your daily lifestyle..You can walk to the market instead of taking a bus or vehicle, also keep walking round the house while speaking on the phone - sometimes we tend to speak for 15 - 20 minutes and when we keep moving around we are getting exercise as well..
