REACHING HIGH STAGE

Raj got a job in Campus selection when he was pursuing graduation. He was on cloud nine when he came to know about his selection. After his final year of graduation results were declared, he was ready to join job. The day came, and he went to office with new enthusiasm, and happiness. On his first day he was a little bit of nervous and tense. He was unable to move freely. How ever felt that being first day, this is quite common for anybody. Unfortunately he could not come out from this kind of attitude. Unlike his college days, where he was very active, now he became dull. Why this happened, and even happens with most of the young employees, however this essay focuses on how to excel in professional career.
ENTHUSIASM FROM FIRST DAY: The best start produces fruitful results. Such kind of attitude continues even if there is any change in job. Enthusiasm in the sense is showing curiosity to learn new things, mingling in the group and meeting the dead lines of office work.
ENJOY THE WORK: Unless one enjoys the work, one cannot show any qualitative work. Perhaps someone rightly said "LOVE THE WORK OR LEAVE THAT", this is applicable in employment also. When someone enjoys work he/she produces a better work.

CREATIVITY IS ESSENTIAL: Only creative work attracts the people. The advancement of science and technology is the outcome of creative thinking. If scientists had stopped thinking at Telephone, we would not have been enjoying the CELL REVOLUTION. In the work place it is essential thinking in a different way , and producing the desired results in a simpler and lucid manner definitely helps to reach higher position in any organization.

BE READY TO LEARN: During education period every one is a temporary student, but an employee must be permanent one. During one's career one has to learn every day or even every hour. If organization requires one must be in a position to pursue new academic education.
