HUBBLE TELESCOPE

A telescope is an instrument used to view distance objects using electromagnetic rays such as visible light. It was invented by Galileo Galilei. The invention of telescope led to vast changes in different field like- astronomy, medicine, research etc.
After the first model of telescope which used lenses there have been a different variety of telescopes made like radio telescope, reflecting telescope, optical, x-ray, gamma-ray telescopes etc. microscope is also one of the type of telescope. Of all uses of telescope, it's use in astronomy lead to the discovery of completely new horizons which were unimaginable to people before the discovery of this wonderful instrument.
With the advancement of technology the telescopes invented are so complex and powerful that they can be used to see far reaches of space and give a clear view of what's happening out there. One such invention is the Hubble' telescopes
The full name being THE HUBBLE SPACE TELESCOPE (HST), it is a telescope that was carried into the earth's orbit by a space shuttle in 1990. The Hubble telescope was built by the US space agency NASA and is named after the astronomer Edwin Hubble. Though it is not the only one space telescope it is the only telescope designed to be serviced in space by astronauts. The Hubble project was funded in 1970, but there were many delays and it was finally completed and launched in 1990.
The Hubble has helped to resolve some long-standing problems in astronomy, as well as turning up results that have required new theories to explain them. All the numerous discoveries by Hubble lead to new understanding of the universe and also helped in many theories pertaining to gravity, and other many secrets only found in the universe, like the supernova, black holes, nebula , and many more.

Telescopes have gained much importance in space technology. With modern technology like hubble space telescopes modern man is able to fly to Mars and other planets. Recent telescopes invented are so complex and powerful that they can be used to probe into unimaginable distance in space. Thanks for details.
