There is only one way to learn the basics and to design the web-pages by using the online tutorials using this site http://www.w3schools.com

1.Go to this site and there will be a tab provided on to the left that is Learn HTML under HTML TUTORIALS.

2.Just by seeing the tags and all you can learn the code by using the explanation.

3.And there after click on TRY IT YOURSELF and you will be redirected to another page.

4.There you can see the window splitted into two.By using edit and click me you can type the code that you had learn and by clicking on the edit and click me again the output will be displayed on to the rightsize portion of the window.

5.Finally by practicing it u will succeed to become a webpage developer.

By learning the code and by practicing it online you will be successful as a webpage designer.....

Anil good article i knew about w3schools . You could have mentioned about more ways of learning web designing . you could have talked about ebooks .

Yes. Good article. W3school teaches so many tutorials WITH TESTING EDITOR . You can check your examples also. Step by Step teaching in easy way.
