Yes menta execise improve positive thinking and not only that, it also help to make you look healthy and smart.melta exercise like reading swimmy, playing of game help to build up your thinking abiliy and also help you to have wider scope about things. Thus, it is very good to engage how self in menytal exercise because it play and important roles in our life and not only that wuill should also engage how self in physical exercise like football,basket ball, playing of various games, jumpinf and running. Because this help you a lot it make you look stronger,build your body posture, smart and for those that are dat help to loose weight and look beauriful or handsome.there are many ways to carryot physical or metal exercise.(1) you have to eat good food that have high nutrition (2) have the knowledge of the execise you want to practise and have all the neccessary equipment or facilities. (3)love what you are doing and put you best in it to achieve the best(4)let it be guilded by time and after you have carryout the exercise,take goog food angain take your barth and go to sleep.
