How to Prepare Soya Bean Cutlet to Tone up Your Bone

Rich is proteins, Soya Beans can do a lot for your health. Isoflavones of Soya can help to reduce the osteoporosis risk and prevent bone loss. Replacing animal protein with soy protein can help to prevent calcium loss from the bones. Several studies have indicated that a regular intake of soy foods may help to prevent hormone related cancers.

Being such a nutrient food, you can surely enjoy this Soya Beans cutlet recipe and maintain your optimum health. It is tasty and crunchy enjoyed by all.

Ingredients needed

Soya Beans - 1 cup
Potato (boiled) - 1
Bread, ground into powder - half cup
Green chilies - 2 or 3
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon (chopped)
Salt - half teaspoon (as per need)
Oil - for frying

Method of preparation

1) Soak Soya beans the previous night. Next day morning wash them well and remove the peel.
2) Grind them well.
3) Add the meshed potato and bread crump. Keep a part of bread powder for coating.
4) Add Soya, potato and bread crump with salt, chili and coriander leaves and mix them well.
5) Roll the mixture between your palms to make a ball and then press gently to flatten like a cutlet.
6) Heat 2 cups oil for deep frying and keep it ready.
7) Spread a layer of bread crumbs for coating. Dip each cutlet over the bread crumbs to coat evenly on all sides and deep fry the cutlets until they become golden.

Drain the excess oil by placing it on a paper towel and serve hot with ketchup or sauce.
