Starting the winter day with a sweet drink of honey with lemon juice in warm water is a perfect tonic for your health. It refreshes the body, stimulates brain for better activities and keeps you refreshed throughout the whole day.


A cold winter day brings some of its own health challenges when more than hundred viruses are more active causing a lot of health problems. Winter with shorter days, decreased light and colder weather is the season when body gets weaker and enemies of health become stronger.
