Usage of almond nuts to our health

In this article, I have explained about almond nuts. In this article, I have mentioned the types of almond nuts and its use.

         

Importance of almonds:


There is an illusion that eating almonds may cause harm to our health. But it is totally wrong to my accord. In summer vacation, most of juice shops are got money through selling almond milk. Most of the people think that whoever eat almond nuts more and more they definitely become huge body persons. Eating of 5 to 20 almonds every day in the food, vitamin-E, Magnesium, Manganese and Pottasium like potential food would be obtained to our body. In 100grams of almond pieces, there is nearly 578 calories of energy. In this quantity of almond nuts, there are 20grams of starch, 22grams of proteins and 51grams of fat content. As almond milk has folic acid which is useful for children by preventing them from the diseases for the deficiency of folic acid. Badam nuts prevents us from cancer and diabatics like danger diseases. Pottasium quantity in Badam nuts control the blood pressure.

Types of almond nuts:


There are two types of almond nuts. One is sweet to taste and another is bitter to taste. Sweet almond nuts are useful for eating and they could be used in sweets, cakes, ice-creams and other eatable materials. Marcona almond seems to be round and sweet.

How almond is used in face creams and oils?


As almond has Olium amigdale which is useful for the skin to save it's nature. So, black spots on the skin will be removed. This almond oil is useful to the skin of children and makes the children's skin smoothen. If the almond oil is used for the hair then it will be grown in effective manner.

How to eat almond nuts:


As the peel of almond has harmful tyanins so it is better to our health if we keep almond nuts in water for some time and then to eat. Each badam nut contains energy of 7 calories.
