We all know of pappya, it is usually eaten as fruit in whole world. Some people use it in their cooking food and some eat it raw as fruit.

It depends on you in what form you would like it to eat, but before including any fruit or vegetable in your diet, you should also know the health benefits of that fruit, the important nutrients it contain.

Pappya is a yummy and delicious fruit. It has so many health benefits which are as follow-

1. It contains all the essential B vitamin needed for body. It is highly recommended to all the pregnant women during their pregnancy to have good health.

2. Pappya helps a lot in removing dark circles around the eyes.

3. It also helps in removing the pigmentation done on skin due to harmful rays of sun.
4. It also helps in rejuvenating the skin.

5. It also helps in removing the blackheads, dirt and bacteria from the skin when used as paste by mashing it.

6. It also helps in removing the harmful effects done by pollution on skin. Hence, it is a good detoxifier.
