Dry skin is common if you swim regularly. It happens due to long hours of exposure in water. Be it heated Jacuzzi or shower after swimming, they take away moisture and make your skin very dry. Chlorinated swimming pools dry your skin and make it itchy too. Itchy skin and rashes can lead to other skin problems and allergies. Hence, you need to use hydrating moisturizers and soap. Use olive oil and mild body wash to clean your skin after swimming. If you are suffering from skin allergies, keep away from swimming for a few days until you feel better.
