1. Carrot contains beta-carotene which is very good for eyes. Beta carotene helps a lot in maintaining good eye sight as well as in preventing macular degeneration.

3. Carrot also contain good amount of vitamin A which is very good for eyes and hence helps in preventing cataract.

4. Vitamin A is also very good for skin.

5. Carrot contains antioxidants which help in fighting against the harmful effects of free radicals.

6. Carrot seed oil is very good for skin. It deep cleanses the skin and also nourishes it.

7. Carrot also helps in fighting against cancer. It contains essential nutrients which protects the body against cancer.

9. Carrots contain good amount of zinc, healthy for body.
