Ginger bread

Ginger is very important in our life. We have to add ginger in our foods for keep our health strong and younger.

         

To prepare ginger bread we need to follow the list as it is, for tasteful bread.

Maida -1/2 kg
Ginger powder - 3 tea spoon
baking powder-1 1/2 tea spoon
Soda - 1 tea spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Sugar - 8 ounces
Butter - 6 ounces
Brown sugar - 3 ounces
Honey - 6 table spoon
Milk - 200 ml

Sieve together the maida,soda, baking powder and ginger powder.melt the butter and mix the honey, sugar and brown sugar. Add a little milk and mix everything together as you would mix for idlis.Pour into a greased plate and bake at 350 degree F for 1 1/2 hours.
