Mango is all favorite of everybody and yummy and taste delicious. It is eaten in different forms, some eat it raw whereas some make milk shake with it which is very nutritious and healthy.


The health benefits of mangoes are as follows-

1. Mangoes contain good amount of iron, therefore it is very beneficial for anemic patients.

2. Mangoes also help in weight gain. So people, who are underweight, can use it to gain weight.

3. Mangoes contain good amount of vitamin B6, all vitamins of B series which helps in optimum brain functioning. Mangoes increases concentration and improve memory.

4. Mangoes also contain vitamin C which boosts the immunity of body that is it enhances body immunity.

5. Mangoes are very good for skin. Mangoes deep cleanse the skin. Paste made out of mangoes fruit is very good for removing blackheads and cleaning clogged pores of skin.

6. Mango shake is very healthy for body being rich in vitamins and minerals present in mango whereas milk supplies protein content.

7. Mangoes contain good amount of potassium, zinc and copper which are very important for proper functioning of body.

8. As mangoes contain good amount of fiber content, therefore, they are very good in constipation.

9. Mangoes contain essential enzymes and nutrients which aids in digestion and remove indigestion.

10. Mangoes contain good amount of antioxidants which help in fighting against infections and diseases. Antioxidants present in it helps in fighting against cancer.
