(The Bow-Posture)



How to do it?



Lie down on your chest and abdomen with your arms resting along side your body.

place your head resting on your check on the floor.

Now bend the legs over the thighs and catch hold of the right ankle with the right hand and the left ankle with the left hand firmly.

Pull the legs up by raising the knees above the floor and simultaneously lift the chest off the floor.

Then lift the head and pull it as far back as possible.

The hole burden of the body should rest on the abdomen and the spine is nicely arched backward like a bow.

Maintain this posture for a few seconds and relax the body. The lower your head and chest towards the floor.

Set your head rest on the floor and release the ankle and let them fall back slowly on the floor.

Exercise both superficial and deep muscles of the inner side of the thigh.

Strengthens muscles and ligaments of the urogenital region.

Prevents erotic dream and involuntary discharges.

Tones up the nerves,the muscles and the circulatory system of the perineum and the genital organs of both men and women.

Improves the quality of seminal fluid.

Improves sexual performance considerably.

Removes premature ejaculation and maintains erection of penis in male during coitus to a considerable length of time. Strengthens the circulatory and neuro muscular systems of the female urogenital organs and improves the chances of conception.
