Garlic has lot of health benefits which are as follows-

1. Garlic is especially recommended to hypertensive patients as it is very helpful in lowering blood pressure.

3. Garlic contains good amount of antioxidants which are very good for body.

4. Garlic acts as natural thinner to remove or dissolve blood clots found blocking major arteries due to atherosclerosis plaque.

6. Garlic extract with ginger when mixed with lemon juice acts as a good medicine to get rid of sore throat.
