How to do it ?

Sit with both the legs fully stretched out.

Fold both legs simultaneously and soies of the two feet touch each other all along.

Hold the feet with both hands and draw them nearer to the body trying to touch the genitals with heels.

Press both the knees so that they may touch the floor.

Keep the upper part of the body and neck erect.

You may also place both of your hands on the respective knees.

Be in this posture for as much time as you feel comfortable.

Maintain normal breath.
