The health benefits of coconut oil are as follows-

1. Coconut oil contains potassium and magnesium which helps in important functioning of brain.

2. The essential fatty acids present in it helps in the calcium absorption. Thus it suffices calcium requirement of body.

3. Coconut oil is very good for hairs. It deeply nourishes and moisturizes the hairs. Coconut oil massage on scalp not only helps in making your hairs smooth and silky but also helps in relieving you of stress.

4. Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial properties. It forms a protective barrier around skin which helps in preventing the microbes and bacteria from entering inside the body.
