How to lose weight effectively?

In this article, I have explained how to lose weight effectively? I have also mentioned about why excess workout should be avoided, why dieting should be avoided, take home made food only, not to take pills, free hand exercises, vegetables and fruits, avoid drinking and smoking etc.

         

Over weight is the main reason of various kinds of diseases and disorders. Our modern comfortable life and unhealthy food habits are the two main factors which are contributing to the factor of being overweight. According to surveys, overweight is reducing our overall life span. Therefore, it is important to keep your weight under control. There are certain things which you need to keep in mind while trying to reduce your weight. These are as mentioned below:

Why excess workout should be avoided?


Exercise is good for your health and it comes handy when you want to lose those extra pounds from our body. In fact, there is no alternative to regular exercise or physical activities when it comes about losing weight. But you need to keep this simple factor in mind that you should not over do it. Excess work outs would get you expose to certain unwelcome aches and injuries in your body. Therefore, it is advisable to do it regularly for a certain period of time. You may gradually increase it if you want in due course of time.

Why dieting should be avoided?


To lose weight and slim down people start dieting and sometimes even skip meals. This is not at all desirable for your health. Frequent dieting might arise future health complications. Researches proved the fact that when you diet you certainly shed some weight but it results in drying up of the cells of the body. Next time when you take food those cells again gets nourished and comes back to normal. Hence the result of dieting comes down to null.

Take home made food only


You need to depend on home made food only as these are good to the health. Though the taste of foods that are available outside are superior but it does not do any good to your health. Moreover, these foods are spicy in nature and contains unhealthy oils which leads to the formation of fats in your body. Home made foods might not be tastier but good does good to your health.

Do not take pills


To lose weight quickly there are certain medicines and pills available in the market. You should not use these pills as there are no short cut to reduce weights. You have to work in a planned way and gradually through regular exercise and healthy habit you will reach your goal.

Free hand exercise


Losing weight does not mean that either you need to join a gym or do stiff and difficult exercises. Even simple and light regular free hand exercise would be effective to reduce your weight. Light exercises help immensely in burning fats of your body. You you also take parts in sports and games which demand physical activities as these are the right and effective ways to loose weights.

Vegetables and fruits


Take a lot of fruits and vegetables as these helps in roughage and supplies the essential vitamins, nutrients and minerals to the body. Drink plenty of water every day as this will help to keep your body hydrated for long hours. Pulses and lentils should also be consumed regularly along with other food items.

Set goals


Finally set goals for yourself and your health in terms of week. Later change it into months and then into years. Remember, your overall approach should be gradual as any quick and easy method would bring in other health problems for you. So your continuous effort will lead you towards sound health.

Avoid drinking and smoking


Drinking and smoking should be avoided as these are oppositions to good health. It is said that drinking alone could cause one to get overweight within a very short time. Smoking too is equally dangerous and if you want good health leave this unwelcome habits today.

Excellent tips and an excellent well written article ! The most important aspect is to be determined and be consistent in what we do.Once you are determined and set your goals nothing can stop you...I have seen some ladies losing upto 20 kilos simply because they were mentally made up their mind to do so..
