Variation 1.



How to do it?





Sit in the Padma Asana.

Introduce both your hands in the space between the thighs and calves.

Keeping the padma asana in in tact raise your legs along with your hands and catch hold of your right ear with your left hand and left ear with right hand. (variation one ).

Then change the position of your hands by catching the right ear with right hand and left ear with left hand.(variation two).

Remain in this posture for as long as you feel comfortable. Then leave the ears and bring down the legs and hands and remove your hands from thighs and calves.

How to do synchronize your breath ?



Exhale when you bring your hands to catch hold of your ears. have normal in the final posture.

Removes initial diseases. Improves digestive power.

Increases appetites and removes constipation.

Brings softness and flexibility to the body.

Removes pimples on the face.

Improves complexion of the body.

It is very difficult to balance the body in the final posture.

Hence one should be very careful not to fall down backwards.
