How to do it ?



Sit with legs stretched out in front.

Bend your left leg and place it under the buttocks.

so that the upper end of the heel touches the upper end of the thigh,
place the right hand behind the back.

Catch hold of the toes of the right leg with your left hand.

The left hand should be straight and kept outside knee. Twist the body towards right as much as possible.

Reminds in the posture for ten to fifty seconds.

Change the position of the leg and hand alternatively and continue the same
procedure.

How to synchronize your breath ?



Excel while you are twisting the entire body.

Have normal breathing while maintaining the final posture.

Inhale when you return to the normal position.

Tones up the pancreas, adrenal, thyroid and sex glands.
